The Ruby is a one-bedroom condo built for settling in, right on Broad Street in the heart of downtown Prescott.
A cozy living room with an electric fireplace gives you a place to land at the end of the day. The full kitchen has stainless appliances, a coffee bar and counter seating, so you can cook a real meal or keep mornings simple.
Step out onto your own 300 sq ft deck with a fire table and downtown views. Beyond your door, the shared 2,000 sq ft rooftop has another fire table and outdoor dining, and the free game room has five arcade machines, ping pong, darts and a 50” TV.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be added when you book. Your keyless door code is sent before arrival.

Couples or a small group of up to 4 guests who want a kitchen, living space and a deck of their own.
Bringing your dog
Up to 2 well-traveled dogs are welcome with prior approval. One $28 cleaning fee covers both — not per pet, not per night.
Parking
Limited free on-site parking, plus street parking directly outside The Cove.
Stairs
The Ruby is on the second floor. The Cove has stairs and is not accessible.
A note on the location
The Cove sits on Broad Street in the heart of downtown, with a front-row seat to restaurants, nightlife, music, traffic and the occasional train. If you’re sensitive to sound, keep that in mind when you book.
Payment & cancellation
Paid in full at booking. 90% refund 14+ days before arrival, 50% refund 7+ days before arrival, no refund within 7 days. $200 security deposit. Travel insurance is offered at checkout.
