The Diamond is the condo built for the bridal party, right on Broad Street in the heart of downtown Prescott.
Two king suites, two full bathrooms and a dedicated glam room with four hair and makeup stations make getting ready part of the experience. A cozy living room with an electric fireplace and a full kitchen with stainless appliances, a coffee bar and counter seating give the group space to gather.
When you’re ready to take the party outside, the shared 2,000 sq ft rooftop has a fire table and downtown views, and the free game room has five arcade machines, ping pong, darts and a 50” TV.

Check-in & check-out
Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be added when you book. Your keyless door code is sent before arrival.
Who it fits
Bridal parties, bachelorettes and birthday groups of up to 6 guests who want room to get ready together.
Bringing your dog
Up to 2 well-traveled dogs are welcome with prior approval. One $28 cleaning fee covers both — not per pet, not per night.
Parking
Limited free on-site parking, plus street parking directly outside The Cove.
Stairs
The Cove has stairs and is not accessible.
A note on the location
The Cove sits on Broad Street in the heart of downtown, with a front-row seat to restaurants, nightlife, music, traffic and the occasional train. If you’re sensitive to sound, keep that in mind when you book.
Payment & cancellation
Paid in full at booking. 90% refund 14+ days before arrival, 50% refund 7+ days before arrival, no refund within 7 days. $200 security deposit. Travel insurance is offered at checkout.
